Most productivity systems assume
your brain is already working efficiently.
But for millions of adults navigating ADHD, brain fog, trauma, chronic illness, or the cognitive shifts of midlife — that assumption is the problem.
Supporting people navigating
YOUonTOP® approaches
the problem differently.
We start by acknowledging that your brain isn't broken — it's operating under conditions that most systems weren't designed for. Executive dysfunction isn't a character flaw. Brain fog isn't laziness. Cognitive overload isn't weakness.
YOUonTOP® builds practical systems that work with your brain, not against it — drawing on neuroscience, cognitive psychology, and the lived experience of adults who've navigated exactly what you're navigating.
The goal isn't to do more. It's to think more clearly, act more intentionally, and recover more completely — so that life stops feeling like a constant uphill battle against your own mind.
What working with your brain looks like
"Because when your brain works better,
your life works better."
That's not a tagline. It's the whole point.

Helping you work with your brain, not against it
I'm Cindy—founder of YOUonTOP®, mom of six, grandmother, lifelong learner, cancer thriver, and passionate advocate for brain health and cognitive resilience.
After living with ADHD, chemo brain, cancer, and other life-changing health challenges, I became determined to understand how the brain heals, adapts, and performs at its best. That journey inspired me to create YOUonTOP®—a trusted resource for adults struggling with brain fog, executive function challenges, memory problems, focus, ADHD, menopause brain, PTSD, chronic illness, and cognitive overload.
My mission is simple: to help you stop surviving your days and start thriving in them. Through science-backed strategies, practical tools, and real-life experience, I help people rebuild confidence, regain mental clarity, and get their brain back on top.
You don't need a diagnosis to know something feels different. If your brain isn't working the way you'd like, you've come to the right place. I'd be honored to walk beside you as you think more clearly, live more confidently, and get your brain back on top.
I'm Cindy—founder of YOUonTOP®, mom of six, grandmother, lifelong learner, cancer thriver, photographer, foodie nutritionist, horticulturist, and someone who refuses to let life's hardest moments define what's possible.
For years I've lived firsthand with ADHD, chemo brain, cancer treatments, and the cognitive challenges that so many people silently struggle with every day. I know what it's like to forget words, lose focus, walk into a room and wonder why you're there, or feel like your brain just isn't working the way it used to.
Instead of accepting that as my new normal, I became fascinated with one question:
Can we help our brains work better?
That question became a mission.
I immersed myself in neuroscience, executive function, cognitive health, memory, nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and practical strategies that help the brain recover, adapt, and thrive. Along the way, I discovered something incredibly hopeful: our brains are far more resilient than most of us have been led to believe.
That's why I created YOUonTOP®.
Today, my mission is to help adults living with brain fog, executive function challenges, ADHD, menopause brain, PTSD, chronic illness, stress, aging-related cognitive changes, and chemo brain regain clarity, confidence, organization, and control over their lives.
Everything you'll find here is designed to be practical, encouraging, and grounded in science—because when your brain feels overwhelmed, complicated advice doesn't help. Simple, actionable tools do.
When I'm not researching the latest brain-health discoveries or creating new resources for this community, you'll usually find me gardening, photographing nature, crafting, exploring the outdoors, spending time with my family, cuddling cats, or chasing my next adventure with my partner.
I believe we get one extraordinary life.
You don't need a diagnosis to know something feels different. Whether your challenges stem from stress, illness, treatment, aging, or reasons you can't quite explain, you are not alone—and you are not stuck.
The brain has an incredible capacity to adapt, grow, and build new pathways. With the right tools, practical strategies, and consistent habits, meaningful change is possible.
No matter where you're starting from, your story is still being written. Every small step forward builds confidence, restores clarity, and helps you create a life filled with greater purpose, joy, and possibility.
I'd be honored to walk beside you as you think more clearly, live more confidently, and get your brain back on top.
